COVID-19 MEASURES

Our commitment to ensuring bootcamp is a safe environment for everyone will see the following implementations and requests:

  • Kit will be cleaned before and after every session;

  • All participants will be kept 1m apart during the session;

  • Our Women Only Boxing sessions will be replaced with Women Only Full Body Circuits until we are able to box safely again;

  • Please bring your own exercise mat;

  • Please bring your own boxing liner gloves (once Boxing starts again);

  • Please bring your own hand sanitiser.

ABOUT US

We are the leading outdoor bootcamp in Dulwich, SE London, and now we have a second home in Bournemouth too! 

 

Empowering people through exercise and movement is our passion. We know how good that sweat smeared endorphin release feels, especially while embracing nature and surrounded by a great group of fun and like-minded people.  ​

Mums & Babies - All of our weekday morning sessions are women only and we encourage mums to bring along their babies & toddlers. (Just bring along enough toys and snacks to amuse them!) 

 

Weekend & evening sessions are mixed gender and child-free.

We train in ALL weathers from summer sunshine to winter snow, so always bring along your water plus your sunscreen, sunnies, raincoat, thermals, gloves... you get the picture! 

Our sessions are always challenging, full of variety and suitable for all fitness levels. Our bootcamps offer so much more than just building muscle or losing weight, they're the perfect feel-good environment to train and make new friends along the way.

Booking & Cancellation

We run a 12 hour booking and cancellation system. This means if you would like to join a session you must register your place no less than 12 hours prior to the session start time. Any cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the class time will not be refunded or transferred. 

A minimum of 2 participants are required for a session to run; Should a session be cancelled due to the minimum requirement not being met, you will be refunded if you had registered for that session.

We do not accept walk-ins or cash payment. All bookings must be made through TeamUp via our Timetable & Booking Page
