HOW IT WORKS

CORE & GLUTES

RESISTANCE BANDS

Prepare to embrace the burn and develop some serious abs and glutes of steel!

A session working on deep core and stability muscles, focussing on abdominals and glutes.
You will need a loop resistance band to participate in this session - this type is ideal (we'd recommend a medium resistance)

 

Suitable for all fitness abilities

FULL BODY

A high energy full body workout which will leave you feeling strong, buzzing with endorphins and ready to tackle lockdown like a boss!

Suitable for all abilities and modifications are available to suit your needs.


We'll be using a mix of bodyweight and resistance - you don't need weights for this session but if you do have some at home then please feel free to incorporate them - we'll show you how.

You can also use items from your home to add some resistance... we always love a rucksack full of books, a large 2L milk bottle for instance, or a big pumpkin leftover from halloween!

STRETCH & MOBILITY FLOW

With influences drawn from pilates and yoga practices, this rhythmic flowing and upbeat session will leave you feeling energised, flexible and ready to KICK ASS for the rest of the day!

No equipment needed.

UPPER BODY

A high energy upper body workout which will leave you feeling strong, buzzing with endorphins and ready to tackle lockdown like a boss!

Suitable for all abilities and modifications are available to suit your needs.

BAR-LESS

BARRE!

Put your G&T down, grab a dining chair

(you'll need this for balance) and prepare to embrace the serious burn!

This session takes influence from both Barre and Pilates practices, focussing on core and lower body stability muscles.

You WON'T leave this class with the skills of Darcey Bussell... But you WILL leave with it nut cracking glutes of steel!

A high energy lower body workout which will leave you feeling strong, buzzing with endorphins and ready to tackle lockdown like a boss!

Suitable for all abilities and modifications are available to suit your needs.
