Hey! I'm Amy Bowley, owner of BodyFit and Level 3 Personal Trainer. I am passionate about helping people optimise their functional movement with a huge focus on strength and mobility to prevent injury. 

Technique and posture are key to my style of training; focusing on building core strength to reduce the chance of injury during exercise as well as your day-to-day activity. This focused approach of training results in my clients achieving, AND maintain a more pain-free life and measurable progression in their fitness ability, strength and body composition.

I offer both Private 1-2-1 training as well as Semi-Private Small Group training, in person as well as online via Zoom.

Training with me is fun, upbeat and engaging. No session is the same and you can expect to use a variety of resistance and cardio equipment (kettle bells, dumbbells, barbells, bulgarian bags, battle rope, boxing & kickboxing, resistance bands, pilates balls etc).

All you need to bring is a towel, water and a kick ass attitude!

To ensure best results, all of our PT programmes are based on a block of 8 sessions, which you can renew as you wish.



Yes! If you're a parent looking to train alongside your baby / toddler then please bring them along to join you... I am a huge advocate of empowering parents through movement and exposing children to exercise from an early age...There's always a hula-hoop / resistance band on hand to amuse them, so just bring along some snacks and toys to keep them happy!


I train my clients either in person or online via Zoom.

  • Zoom: These convenient online sessions can be worked into your schedule wherever in the world you may be. You do not need equipment, although I will recommend specific equipment to use in your sessions which I feel would benefit you and your goals.

  • Outside sessions: I train all of my outdoor clients in all weathers (what's rain when you'll be sweating anyway, right!). I primarily train at Boscombe and Sandbanks Beaches, however if you would like to train at home or in another place of your choosing, I will happily accommodate this.

  • Indoor sessions: These sessions take place either at our Lychette Matravers studio (see location here) or at my clients homes.

(Please note that for any chosen location further than 5 miles from Boscombe Pier, a travel charge of £5 per additional mile will be applied. Any location within 5 miles of Boscombe Pier will not be subject to any travel charge.)
